Customer Service Executive
Body:
Job Responsibilities:-
- Deliver highest standard of one-stop customer service via phone by identifying customer needs
- Receive, respond and handle the customers enquiries on products and services professionally
- Provisioning or order such as unbarring, barring, suspension and unsuspension
- To manage and escalate billing disputes.
- Ensure diligent follow-up and deliver promises made to customers.
- Build and preserve good relationship and reputations with customers
- Adherence strictly to the contact centre SOP
- Direct customers to appropriate channels based on enquiry.
Job Requirements:-
- Candidate must possess at least an SPM/"O" Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Applicants must be willing to in Sunway, Selangor
