Job Description:-
- Responsible to search employee motives, implement appealing rewards and tailoring benefit programs based on staff needs. Build fair and attractive compensation and benefits plans that help to improve employee satisfaction and create a productive workplace.
- Oversee recruitment, Compensation and benefits for both local and direct permit foreign workers.
- Manage expatriate tax and visa related matters.
- Implement and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Design compensation packages and bonus programs that align with the company’s strategic plan.
- Ensure salaries and benefits comply with the current legislation about human rights and pay equity.
- Identify trends and implement new practices to engage and motivate employees.
- Conduct research on employee satisfaction (e.g. using surveys and quantitative data).
- Renew and adjust compensation plans with monetary and non-monetary benefits based on employee needs.
- Handling payroll process.
- Keep track of prevailing pay rates and make sure we offer competitive compensation plans.
- Structure compensation in ways that will yield the highest value for the organization.
- Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of employee benefit programs.
- Track compensation and benefits benchmarking data.
- Strong leadership to inspire and motivate team members to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Responsible for other duties and functions as stipulated in safety and health matter and shall:
- Ensure that the compensation and benefits management conform to the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.
Job Requirement:-
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in compensation & benefits management.
- Familiarity with labor legislation.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS or payroll software, experience with Infotech HRMS is an advantage.
- Knowledge of building compensation packages and bonus programs for various departments and seniority levels.
- Excellent understanding of job evaluation and job analysis systems.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Critical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills.
- Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office, Powerpoint and related business and communication tools.
- Familiar with traditional and modern recruitment processes.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellence interpersonal skills and can communicate with all levels of people.
