Job Description:-

To conduct the procurement functions for Facilities Management.
Responsible for project procurement, sub-contractors and supplier claim certification.
Coordinate with client, consultant, and architect and quality surveyor for progress claim certification.
All procurement process should comply with management approved procedures and policies with respect to time, cost, and quality.
Develop strategies on spending analysis and review on process flow.
Build strategic alliance with key vendors and rate rationalisation.
Strong leadership to inspire and motivate team members to achieve company goals and objective.
Responsible for other duties and functions as stipulated in Quality Management System and shall:
- Ensure that the quality management system conforms to the requirements of ISO 9001.
- Ensure the processes are delivering their intended outputs.
- Report on the performance of the quality management system and on opportunities for improvement in particular to top management.
- Ensure the promotion of customer focus throughout the organization.
- Ensure that the integrity of the quality management system is maintained when changes to the quality management system are planned and implemented.

Job Requirement:-

Candidate must possess at least a related Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering / Building Technology / Electrical / Mechanical Discipline / Business Administration / Procurement / Marketing.
At least 3 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Able to work independently, results oriented, possess strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Have a good problem solving and negotiation skills and able to work under pressure.
High knowledge and understanding in Electrical & Mechanical. Especially in Building Facility.
Possess excellence interpersonal skills and can communicate with all levels of people.
