Back End Support

Job Description:-

• Perform end-to-end order SME order processing within SLA.
• Verify on documentations during order submission.
• Create order in system accurately and timely.
• Follow up with dealer or customer on all order related issue.
• Close all pending orders timely.
• Provide support and guidance to dealers on order submission.
• Conduct training to dealers as and when needed.

Job Requirement:-

• Able to work shift (9am – 6pm / 1pm -10pm.
• Able work during PH and weekend (If required).
• Full Covid 19 vaccination.

Location:

• Sunway Pinnacle, Selangor

Salary:

• RM1,900 - RM2,500
