Technician / AV Technician (CCTV)

Job Description:

• Technician.
• Support maintenance of M&E systems, assist engineers, perform inspections, and log system performance.
• AV Technician (CCTV).
• Support maintenance of CCTV systems, assist engineers, perform inspections, and log system performance.

Job Requirements:

• Certificate or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering;
• Minimum 2 years' experience in data centre or M&E systems.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a CCTV Technician or AV Technician.
• Strong working knowledge of CCTV system design, installation, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with a variety of CCTV equipment and software.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responding to service requests and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
• Documenting all work performed and maintaining accurate records.
• Providing training and support to end-users on the operation of CCTV systems.
• Collaborating with the broader engineering team to identify and implement system improvements.
• Willing to work at Nusajaya, Johor.
• Working hour: Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm).

Location: Nusajaya, Johor
Salary: RM3,000 - RM3,300
