Job Description:-
- Handling and resolving business customers' inquiries and complaints regarding product and sales-related.
- Understand customer inquires and ensure they answered or routed through the appropriate support channel
- Help customer solve issues they may be experiencing quickly and effectively
- Provide high level professionalism and competent customer services
- Handle complaints , provide appropriate solution and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Assist other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
Job Requirement:-
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- Familiar with call centre software and documentation system
- Flexible and possess ability to work in a rapid changing environment
- Strong communications skills in both English language and Bahasa Melayu
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
