- Plan, monitor, and control cross-functional transformation projects, to meet the project objectives with the desired Company quality, within the timeframe and budget allocated, in line with company business plan and direction.
- Analyse endorsed project plan and develop the project management plan (scope, work plan, timeline, stakeholder communication plan).
