Credit Control Analyst

Job Description:-

• Manage credit and collection activities such as reconciling customers’ accounts, following up with past due accounts, credit risk monitoring and resolving queries/ disputes from customers.
• Ensure payment from customers on a timely basis through all relationships and payment processes.
• Release order on credit hold based on credit policy and requirement
• Review customer accounts, provide credit limit recommendations for existing customers based on credit policy
• Manage and review customer aging reports, provisions.

Job Requirement:-

• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Hands-on experience in Collections and Recovery process
• Good communication;writing & negotiation skills
• Positive attitude together with initiative and able to work independently
• Good computer skill in word & Excel.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
