Job Description:-
- Manage the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements, including income tax provisions, tax returns, and tax planning strategies.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including finance, tax, legal, and external auditors to address reporting issues and resolve discrepancies.
- Provide support to the Senior Manager of Financial Reporting in preparing financial reports and presentations for senior management and external stakeholders.
- Conduct financial analysis and variance analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws, accounting standards, and financial regulations, and communicate their implications to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in special projects and initiatives as needed, including mergers and acquisitions, system implementations, and process improvements.
Job Requirement:-
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Professional certificate (Accounting) designation preferred.
- 4-5 years of progressive experience in financial reporting, tax compliance, and financial analysis, preferably in a multinational corporation or public accounting firm.
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations, GAAP/IFRS/MFRS standards, and financial reporting requirements.
- Experience with tax planning strategies, including transfer pricing, tax credits, and international tax issues.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis tools, and ERP systems; advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
