Job Description
- Manage and issue CAPEX/OPEX/COGS purchase requests (PR) and receive purchase orders (PO).
- Oversee purchase orders for contract staff.
- Prepare and maintain transaction records with high accuracy.
- Monitor and track budget expenditures by project.
- Handle vendor registration and ensure proper spend management processes.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
- -2-4 years of relevant experience in budget management or accounting.
- Diploma in Accounting or Certified Accounting Technician qualification.
- Solid experience working with spreadsheets and accounts payable.
- Basic knowledge of accounting functions and procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong aptitude for numbers, organized, and detail-oriented.

Salary: RM 3500 - RM4000
