Job Description
- To attend inbound calls to assist an inquiries from the customers in a call center environment
- Identify and handle customer inquries completely and accurately to the satisfaction of the customer
- Educate the customer about the organisation product and services and direct them toward available resources for self-help
- Maximize opportunities to up sell and cross sell company product and services in accordance to guidelines given
- Enter customer data and other relevant information into call center database
- Maintain confidentiality at the organization customer and data
- Adhere to work schedule as planned
Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia,English and Mandarin (would be an advantage)
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Must be willing to work on shift basis
- 100 Full-Time position(s) available.
