Job Purpose:
To work on process efficiency/ compliance and to trigger process improvement and digitalization.
Changing way of work to achieve mature digital state for the division.
Job Description:-
- To develop and build business process modelling (level 1- level 4) from existing process to facilitate process improvement and digitalization.
- To inventories process for NDEI- industry and cross department- COM & TSP to identify opportunity of improvement and initiate digitalization.
- To establish process KPI, recommend processes capability and produce network performance dashboard.
- Business analyst in business intelligent / RPA/ automation.
- To coordinate and facilitate departmental efficiency matter and to ensure process compliance
