Job Description:-
- To attend an inbound calls related inquiries from the customers
- Identify and handle customers inquiries completely and accurately to the satisfaction of the customer
- Liaise with appropriate department to resolve issues brought up by customers
- Maximise opportunities to up sell/cross sell company product and services in accordance to guidelines given
- Keep up-to-date on new or enhanced products/ service in order to maintain a high level of service to customer
- Adhere to work schedule as planned
Job Requirement:-
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- Possess good interpersonal, communications and customer service skills
- Must have supporting customer via telephone and email
- Able work shift hours
- IT savvy
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin, knowlege of additional languages is a plus.
- At least two (2) years experience in Contact Centre / Customer Service environment.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
