Job Description:-
- Providing service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
- Managing all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
- Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions.
- Serves existing accounts by analyzing work orders; planning daily travel schedule; investigating complaints; conducting tests; resolving problems.
- Documents service and installation cctions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
- Inform customers on current offerings and promotions to upsell and cross-sell Client products
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
- Willing to travel - must have driver’s license (own car compulsory)
- Working experience in setting up/installation of IT
- Able to work immediately
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
