Job Description:
- Handling inbound calls, assists on product knowledge
- Follow up customer issues with backend team
- Assists on basic troubleshooting before sending report to relevant team.
- Any ad-hoc assignment
Job Requirement:-
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- Able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to work on shift, weekends and public holidays
- Basic knowledge in network
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
- 10 Full-Time and Contract position(s) available.
Salary: MYR 2,500 - MYR 3,400
