Project Management (Business & Risk Analysis)

Job Description:-
- Plan, monitor, and control cross-functional transformation projects, to meet the project objectives with the desired Company quality, within the timeframe and budget allocated, in line with company business plan and direction.
- Analyse endorsed project plan and develop the project management plan (scope, work plan, timeline, stakeholder communication plan).
- Control and maintain overall repository of project deliverables, measure of success against the timeline.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the progress and key milestones of the projects.
- Analyse project health by highlighting potential project risks and mitigation action plan and recommendations.
- Facilitate issues discussion, resolution and escalate pertinent issues to appropriate stakeholder levels, e.g. Project Director, Project Sponsor, Business Owner, and Project Management Office.
- Review and make project decisions that do not require escalation to expedite execution of project activities.
- Monitor and track project objectives and milestones, to be met by the end of the project.
- Enforce project governance following PMI/professional project management standards.
- Facilitate project closure and project post mortem to officially close-out a project.
Job Requirement:-
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- A recognized certification in Project Management is desirable
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skill.
- Experienced in running end-to-end enterprise-wide program management /portfolio within a corporate / consulting environment
- Ability to manage multi-functional team and stakeholders and working within tight deadlines
- Experience in managing IT Related project
- Exposure to Agile methods is an added advantage
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
- Full-Time and Contract position(s) available.
