- Giving the best customer service
- Understand the customer’s needs and give them the best suggestion regarding the promotion i.e products & services
- Respond to customer’s feedback as well as suggest improvement to senior managers.
- Awareness towards customer’s behaviour
- Link selling and cross-selling in order to achieve higher sales target.
Job Requirements:-
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
- Able to converse in EnEnglish and Bahasa Malaysia or any other local dialects would be an addes advantage.
- Excellent customer service with a pleasant and friendly personality
- Able to work independently within confines of a sales plan
