Job Description:
- Recruit and train new merchant
- Re-visit inactive merchant
- Meet with merchant to address concerns and provide solutions
- Participate in industry or promotional events
- Assess sales performance according to KPIs.
- Monitor and manage store performance & Sales Achievement
- Monitor and manage stock replenishment and out of stock level
- POSMs placement / product hygiene & cleanliness
Job Requirement:-
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experience in merchant acquisition, onboarding would be an added advantage
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good written and communication skills with ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders
- Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
