- Ensure consumers' home broadbands are installed right and optimized.
- Provide customize consultation services to understand household’s Internet needs before setting up Wi-Fi connection at home.
- Scan home to detect possible signal interferences and understand household's Internet device needs.
- Optimize Wi-Fi signal by recommending the best router placement and solutions to increase signal strength and coverage throughout the house for consistent fast Internet speeds.
- Solve household's Internet needs with necessary cabling and installations.
- Advise the best practices for Wi-Fi security and preventive maintenance steps to customers.
- Daily tasks include customer service and outdoor sales, up selling and cross selling at the right timing.
Job Requirements :
- Degree in Information Technology or equivalent fields.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Possess CA1C/CA2C/CCNA/CFOT certificates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to travel frequently.
