Technical Support Engineer
Body:
Job Description:-
- Manage and complete fibre installation
- Troubleshoot and perform service restoration for internet service and devices with stipulated SLA
- Solving customer problems and complaints
- Identify sales opportunities and up-sell Company’s products and solutions
- Meet performance target and sales value
- Coordinating complex and multi-parties service delivery beyond fibre (Wifi solutioning, Smart Home)
- Attend periodic training to sharpen skills and knowledge related to fibre smart device, computing
Job Requirement:-
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
- Min professional certification required CA1C & CA2. Preferred certification on CCNA, Tp-link, AirTies, Microsoft, Huawei, Amazon, Googles
- Negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work in a high-stress sales environment and multitask
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Engineering - Electronics/Communication or equivalent.
