Job Description:
- Handling and resolving customer’s inquiries and complaints regarding product and sales-related
- Understand customer inquiries and ensure they answered or routh through the appropriate support channel
- Help customer solve issues they may be experiencing quickly and effectively
- Provide high level professionalism and competent customer services
- Assist other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
Job Requirement:
- Candidates must possess at lease a SPM/STPM, Diploma, any field
- Flexible and possess ability to work in a rapid changing environment
- Strong communications skills in both English language and Bahasa Melayu.
