Job Description:-
- Basic Networking Troubleshooting for enterprise grade router.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades
- Physical Layer Troubleshooting; Data Link Layer Troubleshooting; Network Layer Troubleshooting; Wireless Troubleshooting; Specialized Networks; VPN troubleshooting
- Deep knowledge TCP/IPv4 and TCP/IPv6
- Basic knowledge Microsoft 365
- Domain DNS configuration
- Investigating, diagnosing, and solving computer software and hardware faults
Job Requirement:-
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Computer/Information Technolology, IT or equivalent
- Willing to work in contact centre environment
- Preferable having customer service or relevant experience
- Tech savvy and have knowledge in Fibre and IP
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
- 2 Full-Time and Contract position(s) available.
