Account Executive

​Job Description:-

• Manage the credit risks and collection activities for Enterprise market to maximize collection, minimize debts and account delinquency.
• To review, analyse and provide recommendation on credit check, recovery and legal case.
• Handle inbound/ outbound calls relating to credit and collections.
• Handle internal and external stakeholders such as Enterprise, Retail, Telesales, DCA, Lawyers on credit & collections matters.
• Achieve unit and department KPI (i.e Credit check SLA, service level, abandoned rate targets).
• Basic analysis on reports obtained. 

Job Requirement:-

• Candidate must posses at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent
• Fluent in English and Malay (both spoken and written)
• Computer literate, familiar with MS office applications & internet savvy.
• Knowledge in analytics is an advantage.
• Able to analyse cases, provide recommendation, convince & negotiate with customers effectively.
• Attention to details & able to work independently.
• Able to handle pressure of working in fast paced contact center environment, meeting deadline and a team player.
• Ability to review process and provide constrictive feedback
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Finance - General/ Cost Accounting or equivalent.
• 7 Full Time position(s) available.

Salary:-

• RM 3,000 - RM 5,000
