Field Technical Support (Fibre Installer)

Job Description:-

• Providing service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
• Managing all site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
• Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions.
• Serves existing accounts by analyzing work orders; planning daily travel schedule; investigating complaints; conducting tests; resolving problems.
• Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
• Inform customers on current offerings and promotions to upsell and cross-sell Client products.

Job Requirements:-

• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/ Secondary School/ SPM/ "O" Level, Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/ Information Technology, Engineering(Computer/ Telecommunication), Engineering(Electrical/ Electronic) or equivalent.
• Willing to travel - must have driver's licence(own car compulsory).
• Working experience in setting up/ installation of IT
• Able to work immediately.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in IT/ Computer - Network/ System/ Database Admin or equivalent.
