Management Trainee (Customer Service)

Job Descriptions:-

• Giving the best customer service
• Understand the customer's needs and give them the best suggestion regarding the promotion i.e products & services
• Respond to customer's feedback as well as suggest improvement to senior managers.
• Awareness towards customer's behavior
• Link selling and cross-selling in order to achieve higher sales target.

Job Requirements:-

• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/ Secondary School/ SPM/ "O" Leval, Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Non- Executives specializing in Sales - Retail/ General or equivalent.
• Able to converse in English and Bahasa Melaysia or any other local dielects would be an addes advantage.
• Excellent customer service with a pleasent and friendly personality.
• Able to work independently within confines of a sales plan
