Retention Executive
Key Responsibilities
Support call activities for inbound / outbound campaigns.
Performs assigned tasks according to campaigns determined by management
Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines.
Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.
Attend assigned trainings to perform tasks at hand
Accomplishes sales or organization objectives by completing related results as needed.
Skill Requirements
Fresh graduate or 1 year related work experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good team player & customer service skills
Ability to work to targets
Ability to analyze personal performance and identify own development needs
