Management Trainee
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound call on daily basis and meet KPI target customer satisfaction
- Manage customer queries and complaint. This includes managing all cases and issue end-to-end with minimum escalations.
- Manage inbound escalations or call from top management
- Provide on-site support during event launches, road shows, and on-site customer visit at any point in time.
- Pro-active engagement with high value customers via outbound calls, face-to-face when required, etc
- Provide dedicate end-to-end support to customer to ensure the highest level of support
Job Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- Computer literate
- Good Communication skills (English & Malay) Mandarin is an added advantage
- Good telephone manner with a clear speaking voice Good communication skills and the ability to build rapport with the customer
- Ability to work well in a team
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent
- Preferred Fresh Graduate
