The integrated payroll system provides an online platform for employees to track their working hours and serves as a platform for management to verify all data & updates via the payroll system.

Currently, the Group manages approximately 1,000 outsourced employees in business fields such as telecommunications, retail, finance, engineering, admin roles, IT and customer service.

Outstanding and loyal employees have been proven to be the most difficult part when it comes to hiring. Under this option, outsourced candidates is placed with the client on contract for a predetermined duration. Should the client be in favour of a particular candidate, they may offer the preferred candidate a permanent position.

Matchlink provides services such as application and renewal of work permit, preparation of travel documents, arrangement of processes in source country (i.e., approval from labour department and air ticket booking), management of foreign worker’s payroll, benefits, counselling and supervisory attention.
