Operation Associate

Job Descriptions:
- To monitor, coordinate cases by customer and to ensure service fulfilment as per the SLA and SOP.
- Managing related to customer fault issue and performance on daily case activities including liaising with internal and external counterpart. (TM / THD).
- To manage access (customer premise) database, key contact point to Building managers (BM) and the management of BM related matters that impedes optimal service delivery.
- Manage and coordinate Assurance/Fulfilment cases from wholesale partners and responsible on Day End Report update.
- Closing orders in portal and responsible to update in all related system until order completion.
- Perform courtesy call and verification call to customers after site visit completion to verify on connection status and any Non-Standard charges on site.
- To provide outbound support on fibre technical queries, manage complex customers and update back to backend Core Team.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree with at least 1 year experience in service line.
- Computer Literacy – Basic Excel, Basic PowerPoint for reporting.
- Committed to the task / job assigned.
- Customer service skill for at least 1 year / fresh graduates can consider.
- Good in email writing, communication, ability in following -up until issue resolved and escalations.
Salary: RM1,900 - RM2,500
