Job Description:
- Source potential candidates through Linkedin, Jobstreet and Indeed.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
- Maintain and ensure all employees documentation is updated, timely and accurate.
- Ensure that there is a constantly updated and growing candidate database.
- Recommend hiring standards, selection criteria and job requirements (knowledge, skills and ability) to fulfil the current and future business plans of the firm with clients.
- Analyse all information gathered from the screening and assessment process to support hiring managers in making decisions on offers of employment.
- Regularly track pipeline, priorities and performance data to share with internal stakeholders.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in client service, account management, or talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
- Analytical skills to assess client needs and recruitment outcomes.
Salary: RM4,000 - RM6,000
