Job Description:-
- Assist in daily administrative duties for the company.
- Responsible to customers' admin enquiries on company products/services in a timely and proficient manner via phone and email.
- Handle day-to-day matters and providing efficient support for administration processes.
- Communicate with internal and external parties on matters related to administrative activities.
- Ad-hoc duties as be may assigned by the Management from time to time.
Job Requirement:-
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- Good working attitude, independent and able to work in a fast pace and dynamic environment.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
- 20 Full-Time and Contract position(s) available.
