Job Description:
- Build strong relationship with customers
- Identify needs and requirements to promote product/services
- Build market position by identifying potentail business deals and close relationship with existing and new customers
- Develop Accounts plan for all assigned customers
- Work closely with Solution Sales/Pre Sales team and identifying new solutions for sustainable account growth
- Ensure all sales targets assigned are met/exceeded
- Daily preparation for schedule sales calls, follow up and proactive corresponding with all support party in good time management.
Job Requirement:-
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in Business Administration, sales or equivalent
- Phone based salespeople who has experience in B2B outbound calls in the IT sector, ideally software related
- A sales driven person (used to sales target & KPI), goal orientated sales culture
- Self-motivated
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin(optional)
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
