Job Description:

• Account Payable
• Responsible for making sure that all payments, statutory and employees claims are processed in a timely manner.
• Account Receiveable
• Monitor and manage funds for daily operations.
• Monitor cash balances daily at all accounts, check against upcoming commitments, make necessary fund transfers to ensure smooth payments.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation function.
• General Ledger
• Perform journal entries, by making reasonably accurate provisions and accruals, and verifying all accounting entries.
• Ensure all documents are recorded and files timely and adequately.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Prior working experience in Account Receivable, Account Payable and General Ledger are preferred.
• Experience working within the e-commerce, start-up, or technology related industry is an added advantage.
• Good time management and good communications skills.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Non-Executives specializing in E-commerce or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
