Customer Care - Retail
We are seeking a dnamic, energetic retail assistant to join our growing organization. In this position, you will play key role in providing stellar customer service experience on a daily basis. You must be organized, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable about our products with an engaging, upbeat personality.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and make them feel welcome
- Maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable work station
- Be attentive to customers, providing answers to any questions and make recommendations
- Assist customers with merchandise (type of product, choice of plans available, collecting items from back inventory if needed)
- Restock item that are running low and maintain proper display appearance
- Assist with inventory counts and placement of new products, including new in-store or window displays
- Handle customers' complaints and concerns calmly; find a reasonable solution (calling on a supervisor only when necessary)
- Process payment by using cash register, credit card machines, and'pr POS computer system
- Willing to travel when needed.
Requirements:
- Previous retail and/or sales experience is a major plus point
- Computer literate and comfortable using POS system
- Thrives working in a fast-paced environment as part of a team
- Available to work overtime/weekends shift rotation
- Excellent customer service and strong interpersonal skills
- Candidare must possess at least a Primary/Seceondary School/PM/"O" Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- Able to multi-task while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business
- Ethusiastic, friendly and energetic
