Account Manager (Corporate)

Job Description:-

To manage given segment-based accounts, acquire and grow new business opportunities to achieve sales revenue, and target for the division.
Act as a liaison between customers and cross-functional internal teams to deliver customer business requirements.
Execute sales plan to achieve and develop new business and revenue growth through direct and indirect sales channels quarterly.
Build mutually beneficial relationships at multiple levels throughout the client organization, which can drive the procurement of mobile voice, data, and solutions services based on a customer's needs.
Gather business requirements from the customer and provide the feedback to the Business Solutions team to come up with a proposal on the proposition of a complete solution.
Ensure proposal and sales quotation are submitted on a timely basis and continuously engage customers to ensure sales is closed successfully.
Liaise with the relevant department on the collective effort of affected accounts to improve collection activity.
Engage and manage internal support teams, solutions, account management, operations, etc. to continuously improve customer experience and drive customer retention.
Prepare and submit sales reports as required in a timely and accurate manner.
Keep up to date with products and services within Enterprise and the telecommunications industry.

Job Requirement:-

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
Good Understanding of the Business Segment (Industry Vertical) and Client Value Chain
Good communication and presentation skills
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
