Job Description:
- Handling operation support and day to day activities.
- To ensure to process for all the payment agencies file, IPAY Payment Transaction and report all failure and do follow-up with support team within 24hrs time frame.
- To retrigger all SOA Pending Exception and do the follow-up within 2hrs with support team.
- To ensure to attend all Customer Trouble Ticket at CRMS System, Email and response to requestor within 2hrs time frame.
- To ensure all ID Creation request for production server is completed within 24hrs.
- To check and escalate all the Self Care Pending Order Alert within 2hrs time frame.
- To monitor all billing production server email alert for Outage and do the escalate to Server Management.
- Application Support Team for any issue or failure within 30min time frame including status update at Info-Board.
Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge in UNIX and SQL Command Utilities.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Selangor.
- Able to work shift.
