Fibre Processing Assurance Specialist
Job Descriptions:
• Manage task assignments to processing & support teams
• Work closely to manage day to day escalations from channels
• Manage Demand and Transfer request (TR) report liaison with Infra partners
• Support day to day escalation with infra partners on Transfer Request (TR), Demand and other issues
• Support the agents on processing when required (e.g. insufficient resources)
• Support the agents in handling customer/infra partner to ensure appointment proceed (where needed)
• Support any required platform and process testing
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 2-3 years in operations / customer service
• Familiar with key processes handling Fibre application and processing life cycle in the wholesale fibre eco system
• Experience in managing customer situations with ability to engage directly with customer when required
• Experience in leading and motivating team members
This role will require to work on shift hours and required working on weekends.
Eligible for incentives based on the Order Management Specialist KPIs.
