Operation Associate(Fibre Inventory)

Job Description:

• Inventory Specialists meticulously track inventory levels, using various tools and software to maintain an accurate record of stock movements and balances.
• Responsible for ordering new stock based on demand forecasts and supplier agreements, ensuring timely delivery and accurate order fulfillment.
• Inventory Specialists maintain detailed records of inventory levels, stock movements, and transactions, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Perform regular cycle counts and audits to verify inventory accuracy, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective measures.
• Inventory Specialists strive to optimize inventory management processes, reducing holding costs, minimizing waste, and improving efficiency.
• Work closely with other departments, such as sales, purchasing, and operations, to ensure accurate forecasts and efficient inventory management.
• Inventory Specialists investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical counts and system records, ensuring accurate inventory data.
• Inventory Specialists adhere to all relevant safety regulations and company policies related to inventory management and handling.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree with at least 1 year experience in service line.
• Computer Literacy – Basic Excel, Basic PowerPoint for reporting.
• Committed to the task / job assigned.
• Customer service skill for at least 1 year / fresh graduates can consider.
• Good in email writing, communication, ability in following -up until issue resolved and escalations.

Salary: RM1,900 - RM2,500
