Senior Executive - Asset Management

Job Responsibility:-

• Perform all accounting matters related to trading inventories that is subject to recording of inventories balance and trancsaction, physical stock taking and provison of obsolescence in time and priudently manner.
• Prepare reports for targeted audience Weekly inventoryy in hand scedule and communicate to related parties - Device Weekly Movement.
• Prepare monthly schedule Device and Card Ageing report & Provison for Device obsolescence & Update monthly schedule on inventory in hand and obsolescence for reporting.
• Prepare inventory audit schedule and provide justifications towward the movements/trends.
• Coordinate with warehouses teams for quater stock exercise.
• Perform quater stock count for devices and cards.
• Manage stock count variences: Reconcile by all plants and items & Reconcile by IMEIs/ serial numbers.
• Perform adjustment for stock write off/ stock loss/ expired card in SAP based on approved proposal paper.
• Follow through task/ perform UAT for any project management that involve inventories.

Job Requirement:-

• Candidate must posses at least a bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Accounting knowledge/ SAP knowledge Accounting standard.
• Good Analytical thinking.
• Excellent Interpersonal skill/ Communication skill.
• Problem solving skills.
• Team work & time management.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Finance - General/ Cost Accounting or equivalent.
• Full Time position(s) available.

Salary:-

• RM 3,500 - RM 5,000
